The Story Begins =) Day 1 in Korea!

Okay! By popular demand!

The day we departed ! =DDD

My whole family was there! haha ( And than every 1 was saying that my sister and i look so alike ._. )

Yep! and we had a group photo too !

It took about 7 hours for us to reach korea.. but even than we didn't have time to rest!!
We had to rush to the BK DongYang Plastic Surgery Clinic to meet the professor at once haha!

And we slept on the bus~~~

Hmm inside the clinic! we were not allowed to take pictures =/ ! but well! Some girls decided to play some games and Mr Yuen joined them LOL!

We saw a presentation done by the doctors, had Q n A session than toured the clinic! Personally i felt pretty uneasy visiting the clinic cause everyone looked so stigmatized inside ._. . It smelt weird too...

But still! BK Dongyang is the best Surgery Clinic (upgrading into a hospital soon) in Korea and possibly in Asia. I don't recommand visiting them! But... go if you want hmmm.

The clinic visit ended late in the afternoon and than it was DINNER TIME!!!!!!


We walked over to the streets of Insadong! Cultural Shopping street =D~~

And of course.... i did my little food hunt ^^ =)

The first stall we saw is this dragon beard candy making stall! (Long Xiu Tang)
It taste very different from the ones we see locally and their's had many other flavours like almond, walnut and not simply peanuts!


Thats the stall! Whats best is! THESE guys were SINGING!! and cheering when they were selling their stuff!! They sang like "this taste really good" "AWESOME, Fantastic, Delicious" ..
Bascially singing how good their stuff are in a cute medly haha!
And he posed for my photo haha!

Another random 1 ^^

Anyway! With Ying Ers lead! we decided to try the special Korean Gingseng Chicken!!!!
Woohoo! It was really cold with strong winds blowing that day.... Still remember that my hand froze so much that it was still numb when i held the piping hot bowl below haha!


The soup is especially sweet with a faint gingseng smell and gracious helpings of spring onion!
The gingseng taste though! was more intense inside the chicken with glutinous rice!
Chunky yet soft and springy piece of chicken ! =D Real good! worth every bite and i drank the broth to the last drop XD

So there! Our little group that day... Me, Ying Er, Ivan, Guan Yi, Christopher!

That was about the end of day 1 and we went back to the hotel! The Soeul Olympic Parket for debrief ~~~ Supposed report doing (okay the guys were really just playing LOL) and bed time ^^

haha!Nothing much for day 1!.... Day 2 is the best =D
